The board is headed by the chairman of the foundation. The board has oversight function over the management team of the foundation. The board also acts in advisory capacity to the management team. Members of the board are individuals of impeccable character and integrity; and are also practicing advocates of open-mindedness and tolerance and social inclusion.

Prof. Ndi Okereke-Onyuike – Chairman –
(Former Director General of the Nigerian stock exchange) Dr Okereke-Onyuike is thoroughbredrofessional of highest repute.She is also a social advocate and philanthropist who readily lends herselfto social causes and initiatives, designed to bring change and impact to the vulnerable of society
Dr. Douglas Anele –Member – Dr. Anele is a senior lecturer of the Department of Philosophy at the renowned University of Lagos. An astute scholar, Dr. Anele’s incisive comments and articles on contemporary national and international issues set agenda for social discourse. He has had some of his scholarly work international journals published to his credit.
Mr Jake Epelle – Member –Mr Epelle is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Albino Foundation. Being a person with albinism himself, and having gone through his fair share of trials, he was driven by the passion he felt to create a platform that would adequately attend to the plight of people with albinism and educate the public on the challenges they face. Through his experiences in journalism, broadcasting, advertising and public relations, he has been able to affect a dramatic shift in the way the society perceives albinism.
Prof.Yetunde Olumide – Member – Prof. Olumide is a consultant physician and dermatologist from the Department of Medicine, College of Medicine, University of Lagos. The Foundationamong other organizations have benefitted immensely from her lectures on the management of skin cancer.
Barrister Gabriel Arewele – A Lagos based lawyer with many years of legal experience, Barrister Arewele has a natural disposition to defending vulnerable people, sometimes offering free legal services to indigent persons as well as to those whose rights are infringed upon. He is also a social commentator and public analyst.
